Levosalbutamol Inhalation Solution (also known as Levalbuterol) is a bronchodilator used in the treatment of respiratory conditions where airway narrowing (bronchospasm) occurs.

• Levosalbutamol is the R-isomer of salbutamol (albuterol), which provides the bronchodilatory effect with fewer side effects than racemic salbutamol.

• It is available in nebulizer solution form for inhalation therapy.

Commonly prescribed for:

• Asthma

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

• Bronchitis

• Wheezing and breathing difficulty

• Exercise-induced bronchospasm

Salbutamol (also known as Albuterol) Nebuliser Solution is a short-acting beta-2 agonist (SABA) used to quickly open the airways in the lungs. It helps relieve bronchospasm, wheezing, tight chest, and shortness of breath in conditions like asthma and COPD.

• 1 mg/ml (2.5 mg in 2.5 ml vial)

• 2 mg/ml (5 mg in 2.5 ml vial)

These are used in nebuliser machines to deliver medication directly into the lungs as a fine mist.

• Acute asthma attacks

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) flare-ups

• Acute bronchospasm

• May also be used for exercise-induced asthma (under guidance)
